The Courtyard
In front of BMA House and behind wrought iron gates, sits the impressive Courtyard, the ideal environment for an outdoor reception or photography. The luxurious Courtyard can cater for up to 320 wedding guests and is the perfect place to entertain guests, serve delicious canapes, and capture those lifelong memories. The highlight of this outdoor wedding reception space is the central 4 statue fountain. The Courtyard is usually hired in conjunction with either the Great Hall or the Lutyens Suite, to offer an indoor alternative of equal beauty and charm.
Paget Room

At dusk, the Garden Room is flooded with beautiful hues coming from the large windows, this is paired with the impressive 24 ft ceilings, creating a romantic and airy ambience for your special day. The Garden Room, hosting up to 90 guests, also benefits from a fixed bar, space for live music, and direct access to the botanical Garden. If you're looking for a more intimate London wedding reception in the summer months, both the Garden Room and Garden are a perfect choice for parties up to 50.
Council Chamber
The Council Chamber has been specifically built to provide the perfect space for meetings, interactive debates and AGMs. It comes with the latest in AV technology, individual delegate microphones and an 'at seat' voting system. The room boasts plenty of natural light and has views over the Garden and the Courtyard. If required full blackout blinds can be installed.

Courtyard Suite
The Courtyard Suite is a versatile space that comprises the Murrell, Barnes & Anderson rooms. It offers individual spaces for breakout rooms and boardroom meetings, or the whole space can be opened up to allow the hosting of larger conferences.
Barnes Room
One of the more intimate spaces at BMA House, the Josephine Barnes Room is ideal for board meetings up to 16, interviews and training sessions up to 12 in u-shape. Video conferencing, a data projector, and an integral cloakroom facility are all included with the hire of the Josephine Barnes Room. This space also benefits from natural light and neutral yet warming decor. Flexibility is no issue with this space, with neighbouring rooms available to interconnect and create a larger space if you require.
Murrell Room
The Christine Murrell Room is ideal for meetings, training sessions, and presentations. The London meeting venue offers plenty of natural light and high-spec AV equipment. The integral PA system and video conferencing facilities create the option for hybrid meetings, interviews, or presentation events. The Christine Murrell Room can accommodate 28 in cabaret style or 60 in theatre style. The Anderson Barnes Suite combines two of our smaller rooms to offer a contemporary mid-sized space that is fantastic for presentations, meetings and more.
Murrell Barnes Suite
The Murrell Barnes suite combines the Christine Murrell and Josephine Barnes rooms into a fantastic modern business suite, with projector's and a PA system for delivering presentations. It can also be used as a reception or buffet space.
Carter Room
The Cater Room is a purpose-built boardroom with a contemporary design and stylish features. It offers fantastic facilities for presentations, video & tele-conferencing and space for for up to 12 delegates. It overlooks the central Courtyard and Memorial gates and is the perfect environment for top-level discussions.
Bevan Suite
Located on the third floor the Black Suite comprises of the Black, Lister & Flemming rooms. It retains the original art deco barrel-vaulted ceiling of the Great Hall of which it was part until an extra floor was created in 1985. The Suite can be set out in a number of different layouts and comes with the latest AV technology. A fantastic space for larger meetings, presentations, conferences or corporate events.
Black Room
Part of the Black Suite, the Douglas Black room features the same spectacular barrel-vaulted ceiling, but is suited to smaller scale gatherings. With excellent AV equipment it's a brilliant choice for presentations.
Lister Fleming Suite
The Lister Fleming Suite combines the Joseph Lister & Alexander Fleming rooms into a versatile space that's ideal for medium sized business meetings. It can also be used for standing buffets and receptions.
Lister Room
The Joseph Lister Room is an excellent space for smaller events. With AV technology and video conferencing available it is a great choice for small meetings or discussions. It can also be used as a buffet space.
Fleming Room
The Alexander Fleming room is an excellent space for smaller events. With AV technology and video conferencing available it is a great choice for small meetings or discussions. It can also be used as a buffet space.
Harvey room
The Harvey Room is located at the opposite end of the third floor to the Black Suite and comes with fantastic AV capabilities and also offers a stage area, making it very popular for presentations and board meetings.
Simpson Room
The James Simpson room is a purpose-built meeting room on the third floor. It comes stocked with the latest AV technology and is ideal for small boardroom meetings. It can also be used in conjunction with the Harvey Room to offer a fantastic breakout space.
