Room hire varies by space: Tudor Hart room (14 boardroom capacity) costs £660+VAT, Anderson room (22 boardroom capacity) is included in quotes, Bevan Suite (150 theatre/77 cabaret capacity) costs £1,650+VAT for half-day hire, and the Great Hall (294 theatre/160 cabaret capacity) has pricing included in Day Delegate packages starting from £95+VAT per person. All rooms include basic AV equipment like data projectors, screens, and PA systems.

Minimum catering spends apply across all bookings: £250+VAT minimum for lunch in smaller rooms like Tudor Hart, £3,500+VAT minimum spend for larger events, and Day Delegate Rate packages require minimum numbers of 40-120 depending on the space. External catering is not permitted due to exclusive contracts with in-house caterers.

All rooms include data projector, screen, flipchart, and PA system with technical support for setup. The Great Hall offers extensive AV including high-powered Barco projector, 24-channel mixing desk, up to 9 microphones, LCD monitors, staging, lighting, and full-day technical support. Events requiring heavy AV or more than 4 lapel mics need a second technician at £450+VAT per day.

Enquiries expire automatically if not confirmed by specific deadlines - typically 10-14 days from initial quote. For example, one quote specified "Please let me know if you are interested in booking by the 25th June, after this time your enquiry will expire in our system." You must confirm interest before the stated deadline to maintain your booking option.

Initial enquiries receive automatic acknowledgment, with full responses typically within 1-2 days. The venue states they're "seeing a large increase in enquiries" and ask for patience during busy periods. Site visits can be arranged, and venue managers are available for calls Monday-Friday to discuss requirements in detail.

Garden and Garden Room events can only be booked from 6:30pm-11pm, with the Garden closing at 22:00 but events continuing in the Garden Room until 23:00. Day events typically run 9am-5pm with 8am access for setup. Some spaces cannot be booked for "outside spaces only" and require combined indoor/outdoor bookings.

The venue offers wheelchair accessibility, though the 3rd floor requires use of a wheelchair lift with weight restrictions that may not accommodate electric wheelchairs. Full accessibility details must be discussed in advance, and the venue requires specific information about wheelchair users to ensure proper accommodation.

External catering is prohibited due to exclusive contracts with in-house caterers. The venue can provide preferred supplier lists for other services, and there are vendor approval processes mentioned for certain requirements. AV services can be provided in-house or through recommended suppliers, with hybrid packages starting from £1,700+VAT.

Capacity varies significantly by layout: Great Hall accommodates 294 theatre style or 160 cabaret, Bevan Suite holds 150 theatre or 77 cabaret, Garden and Garden Room combined maximum 90 guests, and smaller rooms like Tudor Hart are limited to 14 boardroom style. Theatre style always provides higher capacity than cabaret configurations.

Day Delegate Rates start from £90-95+VAT per person and include room hire (9am-5pm), separate catering room, arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, 2-course lunch, afternoon refreshments, AV equipment, technical support, and event planner. Minimum numbers typically range from 40-120 depending on the space, with discounts available for registered charities.
