Medium rooms cost £365 + VAT per day and can accommodate up to 25 people in theatre style, 20 in classroom style, 18 in boardroom style, or 14 in courtroom style. Large rooms cost £655 + VAT per day for up to 40 people, while Premium Medium rooms are £465 + VAT per day. All rooms include WiFi and basic setup.

Unlimited tea, coffee and snacks cost £10.95 per person + VAT. Assorted pastries are £7.95 per person + VAT, sandwich lunch is £13.95 per person + VAT, and hot buffet lunch is £25.95 per person + VAT. Breakfast pastries with fruits and juice cost £10.95 per person + VAT.

Hot buffet lunch requires a minimum order of 10 people at £25.95 per person + VAT, even if your group is smaller. If you have fewer than 10 people, you can opt for a fork buffet lunch (cold menu) at the same price with no minimum order requirement.

Breakout rooms cost £300 + VAT for all-day access and provide private space for calls or additional meetings. Presentation screens cost £50 + VAT, while the comprehensive in-house video conferencing package (including HD camera, laptop, speakers, tabletop mics, and all-day tech support for Zoom or Teams) costs £250 + VAT.

Complete the booking form to confirm your reservation, then the venue issues invoices and processes payment via phone call. Bank transfer payments can take up to 60 days to process, while phone payments are processed immediately. Payment cannot be processed on Wednesdays or Fridays.
