The glass domed roof of the Palm Court creates a distinct feeling of being outside when in. Its high glass ceiling allows light to flood in by day whilst turning into a focal point, lighting up, as evening falls. This space is ideal for standing functions or drinks receptions.
The Courtyard is a perfect outdoor venue for a laid back reception, summer party or casual barbecue.
Ideal for sporting events, outdoor parties and corporate events, the Artillery Garden is the largest garden in the City of London. Honing just over five acres of garden space, the Artillery Garden is set within the exclusive grounds of the HAC Estate.
Running the whole length of the Pavilion, the Roof Terrace is a beautiful and airy space with a long balcony and remarkable views of the Ground. The beautiful Model Room on the middle deck is full of marine artefacts including ships’ bells, medals, and (as the name suggests) a priceless collection of antique model ships. The room is suitable for a variety of events, but is particularly apposite for small meetings, intimate lunches and cocktail receptions ahead of dinners in the Court Room.
The Lounge and Balcony located on the sixth floor is a setting to create an event to remember. This completely depends on the venue/location/event type/day of the week etc. Some will work on a minimum spend, which means you have to spend a certain amount on food and drink, whilst some will charge room hire and catering on top.
This does depend on the venue but most will have a back up wet weather option. Venues like HAC and Shoreditch Gardens put up a marquee just in case. It is worth speaking to the venue about this before you sign a contract or pay a deposit.
