The HAC's exciting new £6.5M conference and events venue was officially opened by HM The Queen in 2007. Located in the City of London, The Prince Consort Rooms are an exceptionally sleek and stylish venue incorporating the elements of HAC's history, ideal for corporate and exclusive parties, events, Christmas and summer parties, gala dinners and award banquets. With its own courtyard entrance ensuring privacy and security, the courtyard garden is a stunning space for drinks receptions and barbecues.


Ideal for sporting events, outdoor parties and corporate events, the Artillery Garden is the largest garden in the City of London. Honing just over five acres of garden space, the Artillery Garden is set within the exclusive grounds of the HAC Estate.


The Long Room is frequently used by corporates and members of the HAC. Available for exclusive hires in the evening, The Long Room is ideal for banquets, private receptions, gala dinners and exclusive parties.


The Queen's Room, set on the ground floor of the historic Armoury House, has a very high ceiling and huge windows looking out on the stunning Artillery Garden. Frequently used for business lunches, meetings and private dinners, The Queen's Room is also often used as a syndicate room for conferences taking place the The Prince Consort Rooms, and can be hired in conjunction with the Ante Room across the hallway.


Licensed for a civil wedding ceremony, The Ante Room sits up to 45 guests. Situated on the ground floor of the Armoury House, an 18th century mansion, The Ante Room is an extremely attractive, light and airy room with huge windows looking out onto the Artillery Garden. Guests will be able to use the Queen's Room for a reception breakfast or dinner, or hire bigger rooms for a larger celebration on your wedding day. Our in-house events and catering teams will work with you and tailor every details to suit your preferences


Situated in the City of London, the richly decorated Court Room offers a fascinating insight into the history of the HAC. Generally used as a venue for pre dinner drinks before guests move through to the Long Room for a banquet dinner or wedding reception.


The Library and Boardroom are housed in the Sergeant's Cottage which was built in the 19th century. These two rooms are both ideal for meetings, lunches and dinners. The Library is equipped with comfortable sofas which makes it the perfect place to relax before or after a meeting in the Boardroom, which enjoys wonderful views over the stunning Artillery Garden and the City of London beyond.


Lined with many medals awarded to the members of the HAC, the Medal Room can be hired for private lunches and dinners up to 20 guests, or for a pre-dinner drinks reception before guests move through to the Long Room.
