Located on the fourth floor, the Covent Garden Suite is a purpose built conference room that has a fresh and modern feel. There are 4 boardrooms that are adjacent ideal for breakout rooms. Board rooms 1-4 are designed in a modern style with all the expected facilities for today's professional meetings. Each rooms has a plasma screen that can connected directly to your laptop from the table, to keep the meeting intimate. There is a in-house, professional audio visual technician team that will be able to help you with any sort of problem that may arise during your event.

In the West End, De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms is one of London’s most impressive, stylish and opulent event venues. Situated in Covent Garden, the Grand Connaught Rooms features the iconic Grand Hall, a sophisticated Champagne Bar, the indulgent Tempus Restaurant and is a stunning, sought after venue delivering a real wow factor. De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms has a history dating back to 1775 when the venue was home to a Free Mason's tavern before becoming a hotel in 1909. There are 37 fantastic spaces available for a wide range of different events.

The Athenaeum takes pride in attaining our top quality standards, whether you're planning a small board meeting or a launch event for 100 guests. Located on the first floor, the Hyde Park Suite is our largest meeting space and is equipped with the latest technology including two built in 70 inch TV's and a 360 degree acoustic sound system. The space is fully air conditioned, has two points of entry and benefits from large floor to ceiling windows.

A large bar area accommodates up to 50 for a theatre style conference facing a large screen powered by a state-of-the-art projector. Our most contemporary room at the Royal Institution, the Demonstration Room offers a versatile and functional event space. A bright and welcoming space, this room is located on the First Floor and is often used as a speakers green room due to its locality to the Theatre. Alternatively, this can be used for larger conferences & exhibitions as an additional catering space or as a further breakout room. In-built AV is included in the room and hire costs and includes a screen, projector, PA system, lectern, laptop & laptop clicker.
Our stylish Covent Garden kitchen is the perfect space for private dinners, summer or Christmas parties, corporate events, and cooking workshops for up to 100 people. Transformed to suit your brief, our chefs are experts at whipping up sensational menus for any occasion. The Orion Suite is the jewel in the crown of the Grange Holborn Hotel Conference and Events Centre. It comprises of four interconnecting banqueting suites to form a large event space that is ideal for conferences, conventions, exhibitions as well as social or charity dinners and events. The Tavern Room is situated on ground floor and is easily accessible from the reception area. The room features large windows that allow natural daylight to flood into the room during breakfast meetings, board meetings or smaller conferences. The room can be transformed to drinks reception area or post-dinner party space.
A traditional and impressive backdrop for smaller conferences, meetings, and training sessions, perfect for business events in London. The Council Chamber boasts high ceilings and original wood panelling and a majestic cherry-wood boardroom table can be set up for 63 people, or removed to accommodate other seating plans, such as 150 in theatre. It is well-equipped with HD digital projection to a 10 x 6ft screen, a sound desk, and 2 LCD screens. Across the landing, are the Meeting Rooms which can be hired in conjunction, providing an excellent breakout space.
Entertain your guests in this exclusive penthouse level bar with roof top terrace. The penthouse and outdoor area have a combined capacity for 80 guests making it a spectacular London event venue. An amazing room that is self contained and private space. There is a great outside Terrace area that can be used for coffee breaks or an evening reception. There is plenty of seating available and fake grass flooring. It's the perfect spot for private dining parties, meetings, or outdoor drink receptions during the warm summer months.
