Standard AV packages include sound systems with microphones, projection screens, lighting systems, and technical support during events. The venue provides QEII Live in-house AV services with dedicated technicians and project managers as part of the delivery team.

Initial availability is offered on a first option basis with proposals including 10% discounts on room hire rates. No booking is confirmed until contracts are signed by both parties and deposits are paid. All correspondence is subject to contract until binding agreements are concluded.
