The Gold Cup Suite is a versatile space, with fully integrated AV capabilities and a double-aspect that provides a wealth of natural daylight. The Suite's partition walls enable the space to be divided in two. Allowing the space to be adapted to suit the requirements of any event. The suite is an ideal space for a Office Party, Christmas Party or Dinner and is brilliantly suited for Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet layouts. We are more than able to cater for Corporate, Private and Charity Events.



Frequently asked questions

Surrey Hall (2,740 sqm) costs £3,500 + VAT for setup day and £5,000 + VAT per live day (reduced from £11,000). Solario Suite costs £950 + VAT for setup and £1,650 + VAT per live day. There is a minimum spend requirement of £8,000 for catering, which must cover at least 75% of guests.

Surrey Hall accommodates up to 800 guests and is the largest space available. Solario Suite holds a maximum of 200 guests with a built-in bar and private balcony. The Gallery accommodates up to 60 guests at a time with fixed furniture that cannot be moved.

Classic DDR package costs £66 per person (£79.20 including VAT). Premier DDR package costs £62 + VAT and includes main suite hire, arrival refreshments, mid-morning tea/coffee, finger buffet or hot lunch, afternoon refreshments, water, projector/screen, flipchart, WiFi, parking, and dedicated event manager.

Catering includes mini muffins (£4 per person), pastries (£5.50), teas/coffees (£4), standard canapés (£15.75), premium canapés (£21.75), finger buffet (£35.78), hot/cold buffet (£40.02), and grab & go lunch bags (£12.33). All prices exclude VAT. Fresh fruit platters serve 10 people at £25 each.

External catering is allowed for certain events. The venue provides good transport access for suppliers arriving in vans. Setup days are available the day prior to events, with Surrey Hall setup costing £3,500 + VAT.

Summer party packages are available at £99 or £109 per person (excluding VAT), including exclusive room hire, street food stations, unlimited drinks for 3 hours, security, staffing, parking, and dedicated event manager. The venue can accommodate live entertainment including bands with stage setups.

Events typically run from 09:00-17:00 for conferences, with evening events extending until midnight or as late as possible. Access is usually available from 08:00, with setup days available the day prior. The venue requires advance notice for specific timing requirements.

Basic AV includes projector, screen, microphones, and PA system. The Gold Cup Suite has fully integrated AV capabilities. Additional technical services for sound, lighting, and presentation management are available, though clients can also use their own third-party AV suppliers.
