The Park View Suite can host many varied events and is fully licenced for Civil Ceremonies. The capacity is from 110 - 180 guests. The Suite is located on the second Floor of the Eclipse Pavilion with Views across the racecourse and into London.

Surrey Hall is the largest space at 2,740 sqm, accommodating up to 800 guests with setup hire at £3,500 + VAT and live day hire at £5,000 + VAT per day. Solario Suite holds up to 200 guests with setup hire at £950 + VAT and live day hire at £1,650 + VAT per day. The Gallery accommodates 60 guests maximum with setup hire at £750 + VAT and live day hire at £1,400 + VAT per day. Park View Suite can host 110-180 guests for evening dinners at £1,500 + VAT.

There is a minimum catering spend of £8,000 and venues must cater for a minimum of 75% of guests. Premier DDR packages cost £62-79.20 + VAT per person including arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, lunch, afternoon break, water, AV equipment, WiFi, parking and event manager. Evening 3-course meals start from £37.50 + VAT per person with arrival drinks at £8.33 + VAT.

Inclusive drinks packages include beer, house wine, spirit selection and soft drinks by the glass with a minimum of 50 people. A 3-hour package costs £38.75 + VAT per person and a 5-hour package costs £63.00 + VAT per person. Individual items include tea and coffee at £3.45 + VAT per serving or unlimited daily tea and coffee at £15.98 + VAT per person.

External catering is allowed for certain events, particularly for specialized dietary requirements like fully Halal catering. However, the venue has its own catering operation and minimum spend requirements, so external catering arrangements would need to be discussed and approved on a case-by-case basis with the events team.

Basic AV equipment including projector, screen, flipchart and pens are included in DDR packages. The venue can accommodate client's own AV suppliers for more complex productions including sound, lighting, speaker presentations, session timing and background music. Specific AV costs beyond basic equipment are quoted separately based on requirements.

Setup days are available the day before events, with Surrey Hall setup costing £3,500 + VAT. Events typically require access from 6:00 AM on event days, with some requiring evening setup the night before. The venue can accommodate supplier deliveries including vans for exhibition setups, and breakdown can occur Thursday evening through Friday morning for multi-day events.

Complimentary on-site parking is included with venue hire. The venue is located 15 miles from Central London, 25 minutes by train from London Waterloo to Esher station, and easily accessible from the M25 and A3. This makes it suitable for guests traveling from across the UK including the South Coast and North.

Surrey Hall accommodates up to 800 guests and can be configured for exhibitions, conferences, or gala dinners. Solario Suite holds 200 maximum for cabaret or theatre style with a built-in bar and private balcony. The Gallery seats 60 maximum but furniture cannot be moved. Park View Suite handles 110-180 for dining and is licensed for civil ceremonies with views across the racecourse.

The venue can accommodate live entertainment including bands and requires stage space to be factored into room layouts. Events can run until midnight or as late as possible depending on the space. Music and entertainment arrangements need to be coordinated with the venue's events team, and the venue has experience with various entertainment formats from corporate presentations to awards ceremonies.

While Sandown Park Racecourse doesn't have on-site accommodation, the venue works with events requiring nearby hotel blocks. For large conferences requiring 350+ rooms, accommodation arrangements need to be made separately. The venue's location near major transport links makes it accessible for guests staying in London or Surrey hotels.
