Room hire varies by space and event type. Surrey Hall (2,740 sqm, up to 800 guests) costs £5,000 + VAT per live day or £11,000 + VAT standard rate. Solario Suite (up to 200 guests) costs £1,650 + VAT per live day. The Gallery (up to 60 guests) costs £1,400 + VAT per live day. Set-up days are charged separately at reduced rates.

The Premier DDR package costs £62 + VAT per person and includes main suite hire, arrival tea/coffee with breakfast roll, mid-morning refreshments with cookies, finger buffet or hot lunch, afternoon tea/coffee with baked bites, water, projector/screen, flipchart, WiFi, parking, and dedicated event manager. Classic DDR is available at £66 per person (£79.20 including VAT).

There is a minimum catering spend of £8,000, and you must cater for a minimum of 75% of your guests. Evening dinner packages start from £37.50 + VAT per person for a 3-course meal, with arrival drinks at £8.33 + VAT per person. Tea and coffee costs £3.45 + VAT per serving, or £15.98 + VAT per person for unlimited daily service.

Surrey Hall accommodates up to 800 guests and can be configured for exhibitions, conferences, or gala dinners. Solario Suite holds maximum 200 guests for dining or conferences. The Gallery seats up to 60 guests with fixed furniture that cannot be moved. For cabaret style seating, Solario Suite accommodates up to 144 guests.

Inclusive drinks packages include beer, house wine, spirit selection, and soft drinks served by the glass. A 3-hour package costs £46.50 including VAT (£38.75 net) per person, while a 5-hour package costs £75.60 including VAT (£63.00 net) per person. Both require a minimum of 50 people.

Basic AV includes projector, screen, flipchart, pens, and complimentary WiFi as part of DDR packages. For more complex events requiring sound, lighting, speaker presentation management, and background music, additional technician services are available. Clients can also use their own third-party AV suppliers.

Set-up days are available at reduced rates - Surrey Hall setup costs £3,500 + VAT compared to £5,000 + VAT for live days. Events typically run from 09:00-17:00 with access from 08:00. Evening events can run until midnight or as late as possible, with breakdown occurring Thursday evening to Friday morning for multi-day events.

Complimentary on-site parking is included with most packages. The venue is easily accessible from the M25 and A3, located 15 miles from Central London. Esher station is 25 minutes by train from London Waterloo, making it accessible for London-based attendees and those traveling from across the UK.

The venue allows external suppliers for specific services - clients can bring their own AV teams and third-party suppliers, with responsibilities shared depending on the scope of services. For events requiring external catering (such as fully Halal requirements), this appears to be accommodated, and good transport access is available for supplier deliveries including vans.

Beyond room hire and catering minimums, budget for security and staffing (included in some packages), dedicated on-site event managers, and potential corkage fees if bringing own wines. Party packages at £99-£109 + VAT per person include security, staffing, and event management. Set-up days, breakdown time, and extended access may incur additional charges.
