The 1875 Lounge (Business space) has specific hire rates that vary by package type. The Premier DDR Package is £62 + VAT per person and includes main suite hire for the day, arrival tea/coffee with breakfast roll and fresh fruit, mid-morning tea/coffee with cookies, finger buffet or hot buffet lunch, mid-afternoon tea/coffee with baked bites, jugs of iced water, projector and screen, flipchart and pens, complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary car parking, and a dedicated event manager.

The Solario Suite can accommodate up to 200 people maximum capacity, with 144 people in cabaret style specifically mentioned for corporate events. The space is described as having a built-in bar and private balcony, making it suitable for conferences, dinners, and gatherings.

The Solario Suite charges £950 + VAT for setup hire and £1,650 + VAT per live day. These are separate charges from the DDR packages, allowing flexibility for events that need custom arrangements or extended setup time.

Basic AV equipment including projector, screen, flipchart and pens are included in the Premier DDR package.
