The Surrey Hall is a vast exhibition hall with a maximum capacity of 1,500. Its dimensions make it very flexible with regard to room set-up and the hall is brilliantly suited for Cabaret, Theatre and Banquet layouts.

Our catering service provides a wide variety of excellent food and service options. We are more than able to cater for Corporate, Private and Charity Events.

Surrey Hall costs £3,500 + VAT for setup day and £5,000 + VAT per live event day (reduced from £11,000 + VAT). There is a minimum spend requirement of £8,000 + VAT for catering, which must cover at least 75% of your guest count.

Surrey Hall can accommodate up to 1,500 guests maximum, with 800 guests for standard events. The space is 2,740 square meters and supports Cabaret, Theatre, and Banquet layouts with flexible room setup options.

The Premier DDR package costs £62 + VAT per person and includes main suite hire, arrival tea/coffee with breakfast roll and fruit, mid-morning refreshments with cookies, finger buffet or hot buffet lunch, afternoon tea/coffee with baked bites, water jugs, projector/screen, flipchart/pens, Wi-Fi, parking, and dedicated event manager. The Classic DDR is available at £66 per person (£79.20 including VAT).

Catering includes crisps & olives at £2.43 + VAT per person, savoury snacks at £5.17 + VAT, soup & roll at £5.75 + VAT, finger buffet at £35.78 + VAT, hot/cold buffet at £40.02 + VAT, and grab & go lunch bags at £12.33 + VAT. Tea and coffee costs £3.45 + VAT per serving or £15.98 + VAT per person for unlimited daily service.

Evening dinner packages include 3-course meals from £37.50 + VAT per person, arrival drinks at £8.33 + VAT, and evening space hire at £1,500 + VAT. Drinks packages cost £38.75 + VAT for 3 hours or £63.00 + VAT for 5 hours, including beer, house wine, spirits, and soft drinks with a minimum of 50 people.

The Solario Suite accommodates up to 200 guests with built-in bar and private balcony, costing £950 + VAT for setup and £1,650 + VAT per live day. The Gallery holds 60 guests maximum with fixed modern furniture, costing £750 + VAT setup and £1,400 + VAT per day. Breakout spaces are available at a discounted rate of £5,000 + VAT for all rooms.

Setup day hire is available the day before your event at £3,500 + VAT for Surrey Hall. Event access typically begins at 8:00 AM on event days, with events running until late as possible (up to midnight for dinner events). The venue requires advance notice for setup requirements and vendor access.

Basic AV includes projector, screen, flipchart, pens, and Wi-Fi as part of DDR packages. The venue can accommodate client's own AV suppliers for more complex requirements including sound, lighting, speaker presentations, and background music. Stage setups are available for presentations and entertainment.

Complimentary on-site parking is included with venue hire. The venue is located 15 miles from Central London, 25 minutes by train from London Waterloo to Esher station, and easily accessible from the M25 and A3. Good transport access is available for suppliers arriving in vans.

Yes, external suppliers are permitted including caterers (for events requiring specific dietary needs like fully Halal catering), AV companies, DJs, live bands, and entertainment. The venue has good access for supplier vehicles and can accommodate stages for live entertainment and dancing.
