Day delegate rates start from £72.00 + VAT per person with a minimum chargeable number of 90 delegates per day. For larger rooms, pricing ranges from £6,000-£6,500 + VAT for full day hire. Weekend events require a minimum spend starting from £8,000 + VAT to open the venue.

The venue offers multiple spaces including the Imagine Suite accommodating up to 100 people in cabaret style, and various other rooms suitable for different group sizes. The venue can handle events for groups ranging from small meetings to large conferences of several hundred attendees.

The DDR package includes room hire with natural daylight and air conditioning, unlimited tea/coffee and biscuits served in shared lounge, continental breakfast, mid-afternoon selection of cakes, restaurant buffet lunch, flavoured waters, free wireless broadband access, flipchart and delegate stationery, and pre/post event storage of materials.

Basic AV inclusion covers LCD projector and screen. Enhanced AV packages cost £1,305.00 + VAT and include PA system with 2 microphones and dedicated AV technician. All additional AV equipment beyond basic inclusion is chargeable and requires advance booking.

External catering is not allowed at the venue. All food and beverage must be provided through the venue's in-house catering services as part of their package pricing structure.

The venue holds provisional bookings for a limited time period. If no response is received by close of business on the specified deadline date, the space will be released and made available to other clients.

Events typically run from 08:00-17:00, though specific timings can be arranged. The venue provides pre and post event storage of materials, and access times can be coordinated based on setup requirements.
