The Meston Suite costs £1,000 room hire for drinks receptions. The Whitehall Suite and Reception costs £5,000 room hire with a minimum £5,000 food and beverage spend for 100 attendees. Churchill's Bar has a £400 room hire cost for arrival drinks. The London Meeting room is £500 room hire.

The Meston Suite accommodates up to 80 reception style, 72 banqueting, or 70 theatre. The Whitehall Suite holds up to 280 reception or 150 dinner and dance. The Gladstone Library can accommodate 160 cabaret style. The River Room holds up to 80 reception, 72 banqueting, or 70 theatre.

Dinner packages start from £120-£145 per person including one glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three-course pre-ordered set menu, room hire, half bottle of house wine per person, half bottle of mineral water, menus, candelabras and mirrored centrepieces, and table plan. Minimum numbers are typically 20-40 people depending on the package.

Silver Package: £35 per person for one hour of house wine, beer and soft drinks. Gold Package: £55-£65 per person for two hours including Prosecco, house wine, spirits, beer and soft drinks. Diamond Package: £85-£90 per person for three hours. Champagne Package: £95-£110 per person for three hours including house champagne.

Canapés start from £29 per person, finger food from £55 per person, and bowl food from £85 per person. Continental breakfast is £35 per person and full English breakfast buffet is £46 per person. The venue can accommodate halal dietary requirements.

The venue typically holds space for a few days pending confirmation, with specific deadlines communicated (such as "until Wednesday at 3pm" or "by 4pm today"). Space is released if confirmation is not received by the stated deadline.

Day Delegate Rate packages range from £88-£152 per person and include arrival tea/coffee, mid-morning break, working buffet lunch, afternoon break, room hire, flipchart with pads and pens, delegate stationery, mineral water, mints, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Minimum numbers are typically 25-50 people.

The Whitehall Suite and Reception has restricted access via stairs only. Site visits are available and recommended, with the venue offering flexible scheduling typically between 10am-4:30pm on available days.

AV services include large PA systems (£250+VAT), gooseneck microphones (£60 each), handheld microphones (£60 each), 42" comfort monitors (£265+VAT), cameras for live streaming (£615+VAT), and on-site technicians (£350 each). Full AV packages for events can cost approximately £2,380+VAT.

The venue allows external entertainment such as DJs, bands, and live performances during dinner events. They can accommodate specific entertainment requirements and work with external suppliers, though approval processes and additional costs may apply.
