The Monster bar is a striking backdrop for any private dining event, whether with friends, family or colleagues. Think spooky canapés served by the walking dead! Careful though, you never know which soul you might bump into down there! Private events, banqueting, buffet, birthday or corporate event - we have the lot covered! These four wood-panelled meeting rooms can be hired individually or combined to create a larger space as an ideal events venue in London. Meeting Room 1 is the biggest in size, while Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are identical in size and spec. This highly versatile space is perfect for meetings, conferences, receptions and private events. Alternatively, you can also use it for catering, exhibitions or breakout space for events hosted in the Council Chamber conveniently located across the landing on the 5th floor in Congress Centre. The DDR ranges from £49-65 per person.
Great for private parties and functions for up to 50 guests or seating 30, our private upstairs function room is equally suited to informal drinks or a sit down celebration meal. We'll do everything we can to make the occasion special.
Dinner layout can be set up in Woburn Suite or in the individual rooms Woburn Room (26) or Montague Room (22). The meeting room is a blank canvas and can be configured into eight different layouts, including reception style or U-shape depending on your needs.
The function room holds 100 guests and hosts a bar and three themed disco caves. You're welcome to play your own music through an aux cord and speakers.
The ornate Council room overlooks the garden square around Carlton House Terrace down to Pall Mall. The large windows also overlook the Duke of York statue and is situated at the top of the Number 10 staircase. The most popular aspects of this room are of course the history, the large royal guilt-framed period portraits and the ornate ceiling details above the portraits. The room is a traditional classic and a popular room for many types of events from boardroom events to filming, wedding and private dinners.
