The package includes 1 glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three-course pre-ordered set menu (1 starter, 1 main, 1 dessert plus vegetarian option), coffee & petit fours, room hire for the main room, half bottle of house wine per person, half bottle of mineral water, menus, candelabras & mirrored centrepieces, and table plan. Christmas party packages are available from £145.00 per person including Christmas-themed extras.

The Meston Suite accommodates up to 72 for banqueting style dining. The Whitehall Suite can host up to 150 for dinner & dance events. For smaller groups, the River Room handles up to 72 banqueting style, and various other spaces are available depending on your specific requirements and guest count.

For drinks receptions, the Meston Suite room hire is £1,000.00. Churchill's Bar has a room hire cost of £400.00 for arrival drinks. Some dinner packages include room hire, while others may have separate charges - this varies by space and package selected.

Beyond dinner packages, you can book drinks receptions with canapés from £29.00 per person, finger food from £55.00 per person, or bowl food from £85.00 per person. Continental breakfast is available at £35.00 per person, and full English breakfast buffet at £46.00 per person. The venue can also cater to Halal dietary requirements.

Silver Package offers one hour of house wine, beer and soft drinks for £35.00 per person. Gold Package provides two hours for £55.00 per person. Diamond Package includes three hours for £85.00 per person. Champagne packages range from £95.00-£110.00 per person for three hours including house champagne, exclusive wine, and other beverages.
