Room hire varies by space and duration. Fine Rooms 1 & 2 cost £2,300 +VAT for 09:00-17:00, or £3,492 +VAT for evening hire (16:00-22:00). The Hutchison Room costs £750 +VAT per day. All prices exclude VAT and waiting staff are included in evening hire rates but not daytime rates.

Yes, but there's a mandatory dry hire fee of £600 +VAT on top of room hire, which includes use of the ground floor kitchen. You must also pay corkage fees: £12 +VAT per wine bottle, £15 +VAT per champagne bottle, and £1 +VAT per beer bottle. Asia House provides no equipment, tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, glassware or waiting staff with dry hire.

With dry hire, you must rent all equipment separately. Chairs cost £3.50 +VAT each and tables cost £12 +VAT each. Asia House provides no equipment, linen, cutlery, glassware or waiting staff with the dry hire option, so all items must be hired at additional cost.

Yes, a late license can be acquired until midnight, but there's an additional fee of £500 +VAT per hour from 10pm onwards. This allows you to extend your celebration but comes at a significant additional cost.

Yes, the building is fully accessible with a lift to access bathrooms and a ramp placed outside for wheelchair users entering and exiting. The ramp is set up before guest arrival and again when guests leave. The Hutchison Room is specifically confirmed as wheelchair accessible.

Asia House offers various catering options charged on consumption with no minimum spend. They provide 3-course festive meals (£50 +VAT per person for 55 guests), hot/cold fork buffets, and sandwich lunches. Drinks are charged separately on consumption, and they can set up bars in adjoining rooms or have drinks floated around the main space.

AV equipment is available at additional cost: Conference projector £250 +VAT, PA system £300 +VAT, microphones £85 +VAT each, and Plasma TV £150 +VAT. An AV technician costs £85 +VAT per hour (minimum 4 hours) and is recommended if you need more than 3 microphones or lapel microphones.

Most events run 09:00-17:00 for daytime or 16:00-22:00 for evening celebrations. You can access the venue from 09:00 for setup. Guests typically check in at reception, access the cloakroom, then head upstairs to the Fine Rooms or use the Hutchison Room for intimate ceremonies.

For the Gallery space, if you need to hang anything on walls, you must use Asia House's technician for installation and removal at £600 +VAT total. This suggests there may be restrictions on decorations in other spaces, so you should confirm decoration policies for your specific wedding requirements.
