Fine Rooms 1 & 2 combined cost £2,300 for 09:00-17:00 and can accommodate up to 80 guests banquet style for sit-down meals. All prices are plus VAT, and waiting staff are not included in basic room hire quotations.

For private dining events under 240 guests, Asia House can accommodate most requirements across their various spaces.

Asia House offers Day Delegate Rate packages at £75+VAT per person with a 25-guest minimum, including pastries, tea/coffee, and hot/cold fork buffet. Hot or cold fork buffets have a 15-guest minimum, while sandwich lunches require a 10-guest minimum. Three-course festive meals are available, and all beverages are charged on consumption with no minimum spend requirement.

Yes, external caterers are permitted with a dry hire fee of £600+VAT, which includes use of the ground floor kitchen. However, Asia House will not provide equipment, tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, glassware, or waiting staff with dry hire. Additional corkage charges apply: £12+VAT per wine bottle, £15+VAT per champagne bottle, and £1+VAT per beer bottle.

Standard events typically run 09:00-17:00 for daytime or until 22:00 for evening events. A late license can be acquired until midnight for an additional £500+VAT per hour from 10pm. Weekend availability exists, with Saturday events quoted at higher rates than weekday bookings.

Yes, Asia House is fully accessible. The Hutchison Room is wheelchair accessible, with a lift providing access to bathrooms. For building entry/exit, a ramp is placed outside for wheelchair users and will be set up before guest arrival and again when guests leave. The venue cannot accommodate wheelchair users who require stairlifts.

Available AV includes plasma TVs (£150+VAT), conference projectors (£250+VAT), PA systems (£300+VAT), and microphones (£85+VAT each). An AV technician costs £85+VAT per hour with a 4-hour minimum and is recommended when using more than 3 handheld microphones or any lapel microphones.

Beyond room hire, budget for waiting staff (not included in basic quotes), AV equipment if needed, and any catering. For gallery events requiring wall installations, a mandatory technician costs £600+VAT for hanging/removal. All prices are plus VAT, and there are no hidden service charges mentioned in the quotations.
