Medium rooms cost £365 + VAT per day and accommodate up to 8 people in boardroom style. Large rooms cost £655 + VAT per day for up to 40 people. Premium Medium rooms are £465 + VAT per day. The Nikolaus Pevsner Room (Business space) seats up to 8 people in boardroom style and pricing is inclusive of VAT.

Unlimited tea, coffee and snacks cost £10.95 per person + VAT. Assorted pastries are £7.95 per person + VAT. Sandwich lunch is £13.95 per person + VAT, while hot buffet lunch costs £25.95 per person + VAT with a minimum order of 10 people. Breakfast pastries with fruits and juice are £10.95 per person + VAT.

The Business space includes a 42" presentation screen, AV technician, video conferencing capability, and WiFi. Additional presentation screens cost £50 + VAT. In-house video conferencing package (including HD camera, hub laptop, speakers, tabletop mics, all-day tech support, and Zoom/Teams capability) costs £250 + VAT.

Hot buffet lunch requires a minimum order of 10 people at £25.95 per person + VAT. If you have fewer than 10 people, you can order a fork buffet lunch (cold menu) at the same price for your actual number of attendees, or choose sandwich lunch at £13.95 per person + VAT.

Payment can be made over the phone, via bank transfer, or on the day of the event (except Wednesdays and Fridays). Invoices are typically issued 1-2 days before the event. Bank transfers can take up to 60 days to process, while phone payments are processed immediately on the scheduled call.

Breakout rooms cost £300 + VAT for all-day access and can be used for private calls or additional meeting space. When booking a breakout room, you also get access to the private courtyard area. Hot buffet catering requires a breakout room for food service.

The venue has a microwave available but no oven for warming food. You can request additional equipment like flipcharts. The venue provides in-house catering options, and external catering policies would need to be confirmed directly with the venue.

Complete the booking form to confirm your reservation after receiving a quote. The venue can hold space in their calendar during the booking process. Popular dates fill up quickly, so early booking is recommended. You'll receive confirmation once the booking form is submitted and processed.

Payment on the day of the event is not available on Wednesdays or Fridays. The venue operates flexible working hours, so you may receive emails outside standard business hours. Specific room access hours and setup times should be confirmed when booking.
