The Vita Sackville-West Room is a standard medium meeting room setup in a boardroom style (15). It is therefore ideal for a variety of corporate events including Board meetings, presentations, training and more. Price listed is inclusive of VAT.



Frequently asked questions

Medium rooms cost £365 + VAT per day, Premium Medium rooms are £465 + VAT per day, and Large rooms are £655 + VAT per day. All rooms include basic setup and can accommodate various seating arrangements including boardroom, cabaret, and theatre style depending on capacity requirements.

Hot buffet lunch requires a minimum order of 10 people at £25.95 per person + VAT, even if you have fewer attendees. Cold buffet lunch is £25.95 per person + VAT with no minimum. Unlimited tea, coffee and snacks cost £10.95 per person + VAT, and assorted pastries are £7.95 per person + VAT.

A presentation screen costs £50 + VAT. The in-house video conferencing package is £250 + VAT and includes HD camera, hub laptop, speakers, tabletop microphones, all-day tech support, and supports both Zoom and Teams. The presentation screen is charged separately from the video conferencing package.

Breakout rooms cost £300 + VAT for all-day access and can be used for private calls, catering setup, or additional meeting space. If you order hot buffet catering, you must hire a breakout room as the hot food cannot be served in the main meeting room.

Payment can be made over the phone by calling on a scheduled date, or via bank transfer which may take up to 60 days to process. The venue currently cannot process card payments due to technical issues. Invoices are typically issued 1-2 days before the scheduled payment call.

After receiving a quote, you complete and return a signed booking form to confirm your reservation. The venue will hold space in their calendar during the booking process. Payment is typically scheduled for 1-2 days after invoice issuance, with the venue calling you at an agreed time.

The courtyard area is available as a private space only when you book a breakout room (£300 + VAT) in addition to your main room hire. The outdoor area cannot be accessed without booking the breakout room, and availability may vary by date.

Pastries and coffee can be laid out in the room prior to your arrival. Tea, coffee and snacks can be served at multiple times throughout the day (mid-morning, mid-afternoon). You can specify exact timing requirements once your agenda is finalized, and the venue will accommodate your preferred schedule.

The venue has a microwave available but no oven facilities. This limits food warming options to microwave-suitable items only. Hot catering must be provided through the venue's catering company rather than external food requiring oven preparation.
