The Virginia Woolf Room is a medium meeting room that can sit up to 15 people boardroom style which makes it ideal for meetings, presentations, training and Mediations. Furthermore, the layout is highly adaptable so can also be used as a multipurpose collabration space. This room also come with a beautiful view overlooking the greens of Bloomsbury Square Gardens

Frequently asked questions

Medium rooms cost £365 + VAT per day and accommodate up to 15 people boardroom style. Large rooms cost £655 + VAT per day for up to 40 people, while Premium Medium rooms are £465 + VAT per day. All rooms support multiple layouts including boardroom, cabaret, theatre, and classroom styles.

Unlimited tea, coffee and snacks cost £10.95 + VAT per person. Assorted pastries are £7.95 + VAT per person, sandwich lunch is £13.95 + VAT per person, and hot buffet lunch is £25.95 + VAT per person. Hot buffet lunch requires a minimum order of 10 people regardless of actual attendance.

Presentation screens cost £50 + VAT per day. The in-house video conferencing package (including HD camera, hub laptop, speakers, tabletop mics, all-day tech support, and Zoom/Teams capability) costs £250 + VAT, though some quotes show £300 + VAT.

Breakout rooms cost £300 + VAT for all-day access. This provides a private space for attendees to take calls, have breakout discussions, or serve hot buffet meals. When booking a breakout room, you also get private access to the courtyard area.

Payment can be made over the phone, via bank transfer, or on the day of the event (except Wednesdays and Fridays). Bank transfers can take up to 60 days to process. The venue will typically issue invoices 1-2 days before the event and call to process phone payments the following day.

Flipcharts can be provided upon request (specific quantities like three flipcharts have been accommodated). The venue has AV equipment available and can provide screens, but clients should specify their exact presentation requirements when booking.

Yes, refreshments can be scheduled at specific times. Pastries and coffee can be laid out before arrival, with additional tea/coffee and snacks served at mid-morning and mid-afternoon as requested. Timing details should be provided once the agenda is finalized.

The venue has a microwave available but does not have an oven for warming food. If you need to heat food beyond microwave capabilities, you'll need to arrange alternative catering or choose from the venue's hot buffet options.

The courtyard area is available as private space when you book a breakout room (£300 + VAT) in addition to your main room. This makes the outdoor area exclusively yours for the day, but it's not available as a standalone booking.
