The Laurie Landeau room is a bright and elegant period room with an ornate plaster ceiling, natural light, fireplace, and original curved wood panelled doors.

The space is the perfect location for a London business meeting, training day, or small conference. The space includes hybrid equipment as standard without any extra charges, allowing you to involve virtual attendees.

The room comes with an adjoining catering space which can be used as a breakout space for private 1-1 meetings or phone calls.




Frequently asked questions

Weekend events have a minimum spend requirement of £4,000 per day. The venue offers more competitive pricing for weekday events, with specific delegate packages available Monday through Friday.

The Classic Full Day Delegate Package costs £91 + VAT per person (minimum 34 guests) or £65 + VAT per person on Mondays and Fridays (minimum 30 guests). This includes room hire 8am-5pm, arrival pastries, mid-morning refreshments, deli sandwich lunch, afternoon refreshments, screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, cloakroom, and directional signage.

The Council Chamber and Reception room combination can accommodate up to 70 guests in theatre style seating. For seated meals, the venue can accommodate a maximum of 60 people. The Laurie Landeau and Fellows rooms are recommended for workshops and smaller meetings.

Standard business event access is 8am-5pm. Extended hours are available with additional costs - late license to midnight costs £500 + VAT. Events can run as late as 12am with proper licensing.

Standard packages include screen and projector, Wi-Fi, flipchart, and handheld microphones. The venue has PA systems and can provide additional AV equipment. Hybrid meeting equipment is included as standard in the Laurie Landeau room without extra charges.

The venue offers provision holds on preferred dates while clients review proposals. Site visits can be arranged to view the spaces. All bookings require review of bespoke proposals, venue brochures, and sample menus before confirmation.

Upgrade options include healthy working lunch (£5.50 + VAT per person), bowl food with 5 bowls per person (£11.50 + VAT per person), and fork buffet lunch (£15.00 + VAT per person). All upgrades have minimum number requirements.

The venue works with Searcys for catering and has established partnerships with local suppliers. External vendor arrangements may be possible but require approval. The venue focuses on sustainability and environmental credentials in their operations.

The venue can accommodate a maximum of 70 guests in theatre style. For events requiring more than 70 people, the venue cannot accommodate and will help find alternative venues through their network.

The Laurie Landeau room includes an adjoining catering space that can be used as a breakout area for private meetings or phone calls. The venue also has the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area available for additional hire at £700 + VAT for events requiring extra space.
