The Exhibition Area is perfectly suited for all types of pop-ups, whether you're running a restaurant, a designer boutique, or showcasing works of art. One of the functions of this room is to serve as a catering space, so it adapts very successfully to food service pop-ups or refreshment bars.

Frequently asked questions

Weekend bookings require a minimum spend of £4,000 per day. This applies to all Saturday and Sunday events regardless of duration or guest count.

The standard Day Delegate Rate is £80 plus VAT per person with a minimum of 30 guests. Monday and Friday bookings offer a reduced rate of £65 plus VAT per person, also with a 30-guest minimum.

Standard access times are 8am-5pm for day events. Evening events can run until 11pm with standard licensing, or until midnight with a late license costing an additional £500 plus VAT.

The venue works with Searcys as their catering partner, but external arrangements may be possible. You'll need to discuss vendor approval processes and any additional requirements during the booking process.

Standard packages include screen and projector, Wi-Fi, PA system with handheld microphones, and iPad with Spotify. Additional AV requirements can be arranged at extra cost.

The venue can accommodate 5-120 guests depending on the setup and specific rooms used. For seated meals, there's a maximum capacity of 60 people, while standing receptions can accommodate larger numbers.

You can request a provision hold on your preferred date while reviewing proposals. The venue provides bespoke proposals, venue brochures, and sample menus, and offers site visits to help finalize your booking.

Background music through the PA system is included, but if you want a DJ and proper dance floor, you'll need to hire the Wolfson Room and Exhibition Area for an additional £700 plus VAT. DJ services start from £850 plus VAT.

Upgrade options include healthy working lunch (£5.50 plus VAT per person), bowl food with 5 bowls per person (£11.50 plus VAT), and fork buffet lunch (£15.00 plus VAT per person). All upgrades have minimum number requirements.

Yes, the venue has a rooftop terrace that can be included in bookings. Summer events specifically mention terrace access, making it ideal for product launches or networking events with an outdoor element.
