The Palm Room on the second floor and the Studio on the lower ground floor are easily accessible via lift and stairs. The Palm Room (2nd floor) costs £1,850+VAT per day for up to 8 hours, with extra hours at £160+VAT per hour. La Galeria and Studio (lower ground floor) costs £2,450+VAT per day for up to 8 hours, with extra hours at £160+VAT per hour. The New White Loft (3rd floor) costs £2,750+VAT per day for up to 8 hours, with extra hours at £160+VAT per hour.

The Palm Room accommodates 100 standing, 70 theatre-style, or 70 cabaret. La Galeria and Studio holds up to 140 theatre or 120 cabaret. The New White Loft has a maximum capacity of 120 theatre, 100 cabaret-style, or 150 standing. All spaces are located on different floors of the building.

Two unlimited refreshment options are available throughout the day: Option 1 includes unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits at £10.90+VAT per person. Option 2 adds soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino) to the above package at £14.90+VAT per person. Non-dairy alternatives are available for both options.

Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person. Lunch options begin at £19.99+VAT per person, with individual boxes and bowls available from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge is applied to all final catering bills. Sandwich and wrap platters are also available.

85-inch screens cost £275+VAT each. Microphones are £45+VAT for single units or £90+VAT for multiple units. Stage pieces (1m x 2m) cost £125+VAT each. The venue can provide Smart TV screens, PA systems, and other AV equipment for additional charges upon request.

Yes, you can hire multiple spaces together. The White Loft and Palm Room combined costs £3,750+VAT for up to 8 hours, with extra hours charged at £320+VAT per hour. Individual spaces can also be booked separately on the same day if available.

The smallest space available is The Palm Room, which is designed for around 50 people minimum. The venue does not have small meeting rooms suitable for very small groups (such as meetings for 2 people), as confirmed when declining such requests.

The venue accommodates various business events including conferences, meetings, workshops, and corporate events. For filming purposes, the venue may not be suitable for all budgets, and The Embassy venue in Victoria is typically recommended for filming requirements instead of the Underwood location.

The venue includes evening before setup in the hire cost when booking extra hours.
