Underwood Lofts
Lumiere Underwood occupies the third floor of Underwood Works, a former paper production house built in 1908. Completely refurbished, the building has a modern reception providing a large communal area, two passenger lifts, cycle storage facilities, air conditioning and wheelchair-friendly access and bathrooms. With 5,850 sq ft in total, the space comprises the New White Loft (2,092 sq ft), the New Victorian Loft (2,433 sq ft) and The Chalet, a breakout area connecting both studios.

The Victorian Loft features plenty of daylight and a bohemian style that is peaceful and cosy. the perfect place for intimate meetings, receptions and any event that wants to break free from the boring meeting room mould. A unique, versatile warehouse loft space, with original features perfect for your corporate workshops, seminars, receptions and everything else your imagination can muster. Practically located in Old Street (Zone 1) the space is perfect for corporate events, product launches, celebratory dining experiences, fashion, photography and editorial.
The New White Loft
The New White Loft is a beautiful, contemporary and bright studio space, perfect for photo and film shoots, corporate events, conferences or any other creative activity that requires a blank canvas. The space is perfect for corporate events, conferences and brand launches. There is beautiful natural light from huge windows that can also be blacked out for screenings. Our clients include Nike, Unilever, Vogue, Facebook, Apple and BBC to name a few.

The Chalet, situated between the two lofts is our breakout area to be let in conjunction with The New Victorian Loft or The White Loft. Whether you are a photographer, videographer, or fashion designer, Underwood Studios & La Galeria offers the ideal setting for your next fashion show, film or photo shoot. Fully equipped with a backstage make-up and dressing room and exclusive use of showers and bike storage.

Just a 10-minute walk from Old Street tube station, Lumiere Underwood is home to 6 unique event spaces all under one roof. Our space is 5,850 sq ft in total, separated into the New White Loft of 2,092 sq ft, the New Victorian Loft of 2,433 sq ft and break-out area; & The Chalet; of 684 sq ft, connecting both studios in the middle. The tranquil Palm Room is on the 2nd floor and Underwood Studios and Galeria are on the lower ground floor. Any combination of the spaces can be hired to meet your event requirements, including conferences, team building, photo shoots and celebrations.
