The New White Loft is a stylish, contemporary and bright loft space, full of daylight and original features.

With its blank canvas look, the venue is perfect for corporate events, conferences, seminars, board meetings, product and press launches, away days, PR days, creative workshops, Hackathons, hybrid events and streaming, networking, training, company drinks receptions, awards ceremonies and dinners, team building and VR activities, trade shows, corporate Christmas parties and dining experiences.

The New White Loft is situated on the third floor adjacent to the New Victorian Loft.




Frequently asked questions

The New White Loft costs £2,750+VAT for up to 8 hours of hire. Extra hours are charged at £160+VAT per hour. If you combine it with the Palm Room, the total cost is £3,750+VAT with extra hours at £320+VAT per hour. The base hire includes the space only - all catering, AV equipment, and additional services are charged separately.

The New White Loft can accommodate a maximum of 120 people in theatre style, 100 people in cabaret style, or 150 people for standing events. The space is 2,092 sq ft and located on the third floor of the building.

Two refreshment packages are available: unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice and biscuits at £10.90+VAT per person, or the same plus soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino) at £14.90+VAT per person. Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge is applied to all catering.

85-inch Smart TV screens cost £275+VAT each, microphones are £45+VAT each (or £90+VAT for multiple), and stage pieces (1m x 2m) cost £125+VAT each. The venue can provide PA systems, projectors, and other AV equipment for additional charges upon request.

Yes, you can combine spaces. The New White Loft can be booked with the Palm Room (2nd floor) for £3,750+VAT for 8 hours. The entire Underwood Lofts (including New White Loft, New Victorian Loft, and The Chalet) costs £4,950+VAT for 8 hours, with extra hours at £320+VAT per hour including evening setup.

The smallest space available is The Palm Room, which is designed for around 50 people minimum and costs £1,850+VAT per day (or £1,250+VAT for reduced capacity events). The venue doesn't offer small meeting rooms suitable for very small groups - they specialize in larger corporate events.
