The New White Loft and the adjacent Chalet are stylish, contemporary and bright loft spaces, abundant with natural light and original architectural features.

The two spaces combined are the idea venue for corporate events, conferences, workshops, seminars, board meetings, press and product launches, PR days, workshops, Hackathons, hybrid events and live streaming, networking, training, company drinks receptions, awards ceremonies and dinners, team building, VR activities, trade shows, Christmas parties and private dining.

Frequently asked questions

The White Loft costs £2,750+VAT for up to 8 hours, with extra hours charged at £160+VAT per hour. When combined with the Palm Room, the total is £3,750+VAT for 8 hours, with extra hours at £320+VAT per hour. The base price includes venue access and basic facilities, but catering, AV equipment, and additional services are charged separately.

The White Loft can accommodate a maximum of 120 people in theatre style, 100 people cabaret-style, or 150 people standing. The space is 2,092 sq ft and located on the third floor with lift access and air conditioning.

Two refreshment packages are available: unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice, and biscuits at £10.90+VAT per person, or the same plus soft drinks (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, San Pellegrino) at £14.90+VAT per person. Breakfast starts from £8.90+VAT per person, lunch from £19.99+VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11+VAT per person. A 10% service charge applies to all catering.

85-inch Smart TV screens cost £275+VAT each, microphones are £45+VAT each (or £90+VAT for multiple), and stage pieces (1m x 2m) are £125+VAT each. The venue can provide PA systems, projectors, and other AV equipment for additional charges upon request.

You can book the White Loft on its own for £2,750+VAT for 8 hours. However, if you need additional space, you can combine it with the Palm Room (2nd floor, capacity 70 theatre/100 standing) for a total of £3,750+VAT for 8 hours.

The venue includes evening before setup in the hire price when booking extra hours at £320+VAT per hour. The White Loft is located on the third floor with lift access, and the building has a modern reception area, cycle storage facilities, and wheelchair-friendly bathrooms.

The venue is suitable for corporate events, conferences, workshops, product launches, photography shoots, creative sessions, and private parties. The space is described as a 'blank canvas' with character, making it ideal for events requiring flexible setup and natural lighting.

The smallest individual space available is the Palm Room, which is geared towards 50+ people and costs £1,850+VAT per day (8 hours) with extra hours at £160+VAT per hour. The venue doesn't offer small meeting rooms for groups under 50 people.

The venue offers corporate photography, videography and editing services, hybrid events support, event production services, and corporate training. They also have established relationships with nearby hotels for accommodation and can provide corporate discount rates upon request.
