Floor to ceiling windows provide the room with lots of natural daylight, and is an ideal location for private dining up to 30 guests




Frequently asked questions

Private dining rooms have different pricing structures depending on the space. Newton (capacity 12) offers room hire at £500 plus catering packages from £45 per person for breakfast or £98 per person for 3-course dinner, with a minimum food and beverage spend of £1,300-£2,000. Green Dragon and Magpie offers dinner packages at £165 per person (minimum 40 guests, maximum 50) including champagne on arrival, half bottle wine, 3-course menu, and space hire from 18:30-23:30.

Newton private dining room accommodates maximum 12 guests in boardroom style. Green Dragon and Magpie can accommodate up to 50 guests in banquet layout with a minimum of 40 guests required. Four Swans provides private dining for up to 30 guests with floor-to-ceiling windows and natural daylight.

Full payment is required upfront along with a signed event agreement to guarantee your booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the event date, you'll be charged the equivalent of the minimum spend or room rental fee. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Any additional charges beyond the minimum spend must be settled by the primary host on the day of the event.

Private dining packages typically include complimentary name cards, customised menus, WiFi, and cloakroom service. Green Dragon and Magpie dinner package includes champagne or elderflower on arrival, half bottle house wine, mineral water, 3-course plated menu with tea/coffee/petit fours, menu cards, background music, integrated 4K LED screen and webcam, and space hire from 18:30-23:30.

Yes, minimum spend requirements vary by space and event type. Newton has a minimum food and beverage spend of £1,300-£2,000 depending on the event. Green Dragon and Magpie requires a minimum of 40 guests at £165 per person. The minimum spend on food and beverages cannot be combined with any other services at Pan Pacific London.

Dining spaces include integrated 4K LED screens and webcam facilities. Newton features a 65'' AV screen with video conferencing capability. Four Swans includes LED screen and webcam technology. WiFi is provided complimentary in all private dining spaces, and background music can be arranged.

Access times vary by space and event type. Newton offers flexible timing from 9:00am-11:30am for breakfast events or 9:00pm-11:00pm for evening events. Green Dragon and Magpie dinner events run from 18:30-23:30. Four Swans can accommodate events from 08:00-17:00. All timings are flexible upon request and can be adjusted based on your specific requirements.

All quoted rates include VAT but exclude a 12.5% service charge which is added separately. This applies to all room hire fees, catering packages, and minimum spend requirements. The service charge is mandatory and calculated on the total bill amount.

The venue works with preferred partners for specialized catering requirements, such as kosher events with partners like Tony Page, Philip Small, and Ben Tenenblat. If you prefer to work with a different caterer, they can look into setting them up subject to their due diligence and formal approval process. However, this would need to be discussed and approved in advance.
