What payment and cancellation terms apply to dining bookings?
Full payment is required in advance with a signed agreement to confirm bookings. Cancellations within 30 days incur a charge equivalent to the minimum spend or room rental fee, while cancellations more than 30 days prior receive a full refund.
What happens if guest numbers change close to the event date?
If guest numbers reduce within 7 business working days of your event, the hotel reserves the right to charge for food and beverage costs based on the original requirements. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 7 business working days before the event date.
What is included in the dining packages and room hire?
Newton includes complimentary name cards, customised menus, WiFi, and cloakroom service. Green Dragon and Magpie dinner package includes champagne on arrival, half bottle house wine, mineral water, three-course plated menu with tea/coffee, menu cards, background music, integrated 4K LED screen and webcam, and WiFi.

All rates include VAT but exclude 12.5% service charge. Any additional charges beyond the minimum spend or package price must be settled by the primary host on the day of the event, unless agreed otherwise with your event planner.

Newton offers morning slots from 9am-11:30am for breakfast events and evening slots from 9pm-11pm for dinner. Green Dragon and Magpie dinner events run from 6:30pm-11:30pm. Times are flexible upon request.
Can the minimum spend be combined with other hotel services?
No, the minimum spend on food and beverages cannot be combined with any other services at Pan Pacific London. All dining charges are separate from accommodation or other hotel services.
What catering options are available for breakfast meetings?
Newton offers two breakfast packages at £45 per person: Package 1 includes individual hot plated dishes, pastries, and tea/coffee station; Package 2 is a buffet breakfast with avocado toast, smoked salmon bagels, fruit, yoghurt, muesli, pastries, and tea/coffee station.
What happens if pre-orders are not submitted on time?
If you fail to provide your food order within 7 business working days before the event date, the culinary team will design a personalised menu for you. This removes your ability to choose specific dishes from the standard menu options.
