Newton private dining room (capacity 12) has a £500 room hire fee for morning sessions or £1,300 minimum food and beverage spend for evening events. Market Square meeting rooms have a day delegate rate of £195 per person (minimum 15 guests) which includes all-day catering, or exclusive use of all four rooms costs £4,000 plus catering. All rates include VAT but exclude 12.5% service charge.

Newton private dining room accommodates maximum 12 people in boardroom style. Market Square consists of four meeting rooms (Leadenhall, Columbia Road, Spitalfields and Brick Lane) ranging from 10-30 guests each. The Four Swans meeting room can accommodate larger groups with cabaret-style seating for roundtable discussions.

Standard meeting room access is typically 08:00-17:00 for day events, with morning sessions available from 09:00-11:30. Evening access can be arranged from 21:00-23:00 with advance notice. Setup time before events may be limited, so discuss specific timing requirements when booking.

Day delegate rate at £195 per person includes arrival breakfast, mid-morning refreshments, working buffet lunch, and afternoon tea/coffee. Individual catering options include continental breakfast buffet (£43.20 per person), morning/afternoon coffee breaks (£9.50 per person), and 2-course lunch menus (£70 per person) or 3-course (£80 per person). All prices include VAT.

All meeting rooms include integrated 4K LED screens with webcam facility for video conferencing, WiFi access, and basic presentation capabilities. Newton includes a 65-inch AV screen with video conferencing. Additional AV equipment like TV screens cost £325 extra. External AV suppliers may be subject to venue approval.

Full payment is required in advance along with a signed event agreement to guarantee bookings. Cancellations within 30 days incur charges equivalent to the minimum spend or room rental fee. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive full refunds. Guest number changes within 7 business days may result in charges based on original catering requirements.

External suppliers are subject to the venue's due diligence and formal approval process. The venue works with preferred partners and can arrange setup for approved external caterers. Any external arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance with the events team.

Standard inclusions are complimentary name cards, customized menus, WiFi, cloakroom service, note pads, pens, and still/sparkling mineral water. Market Kitchen provides a dedicated catering area overlooking the meeting rooms. VIP rooms accommodating up to 8 people may be available for larger corporate events.

Bookings should be made well in advance as the venue frequently has confirmed business on requested dates. The venue requires company registered address, contact details, event budget, specific timing requirements, catering preferences, and guest numbers. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 7 business working days before the event date.

Last-minute bookings (next day) cannot be accommodated due to time constraints. Food and beverage minimum spends cannot be combined with other hotel services. Setup access may be limited, so early access requirements should be discussed when booking. The venue reserves the right to charge for changes to guest numbers within 7 business days of the event.
