The Pacific Ballroom can accommodate up to 280 guests for weddings in banquet layout, or up to 400 people for other event formats. The space is 464 square meters with 6.5-meter high ceilings.
What are the payment and cancellation terms for wedding bookings?
Full payment is required upfront along with a signed event agreement to guarantee your booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, you'll be charged the full amount, but cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund.
Can we use external caterers for our wedding, and what is the approval process?
Yes, external caterers can be used subject to the venue's due diligence and formal approval process. The venue works with preferred partners for Kosher events including Tony Page, Philip Small and Ben Tenenblat, and can arrange introductions if needed.
What happens if our guest numbers change close to the wedding date?
If guest numbers are reduced within 7 business working days of your event, the hotel reserves the right to apply charges for food and beverage costs based on the original requirements. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 7 business working days before the event date.

The Pacific Ballroom includes integrated audio-visual technology, SMART screens, WiFi, and background music capability. The space features high ceilings suitable for staging and production setups, making it ideal for weddings with entertainment or presentations.

Yes, all rates exclude a 12.5% service charge which is mandatory. Security may also be required depending on your event - security officers cost £27 per hour with minimum requirements varying by event type and duration.

Wedding events typically run from 18:30 to 23:30, though timings are flexible upon request. The venue can accommodate extended hours and earlier access for setup, with specific arrangements made based on your requirements.
