The Newton private dining room requires a minimum food and beverage spend of £1,300 for up to 12 guests (inclusive of VAT, excluding 12.5% service charge). For larger events, the Ginger Lily Bar has minimum spends ranging from £3,000-£10,000 depending on guest count and timing.

Newton private dining room accommodates maximum 12 guests, Green Dragon and Magpie can seat up to 50 guests in banquet layout, and Ginger Lily Bar has a maximum capacity of 150 guests for exclusive hire events.

Newton private dining room costs £500 room hire for morning events (9am-11:30am) or operates on minimum spend basis for evening events. The Green Dragon and Magpie dinner package is £165 per person based on minimum 40 guests.

Breakfast packages start from £45 per person including pastries and coffee station. The 3-course dinner menu in Newton is £98 per person. Canapés start from £25 per person (4 pieces) and bowl food from £50 per person.

Full payment is required upfront with a signed event agreement to guarantee your booking. Cancellations within 30 days incur charges equivalent to the minimum spend or room rental fee, while cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive full refunds.

All private dining spaces include complimentary name cards, customised menus, WiFi, and cloakroom service. Newton also includes a 65-inch AV screen with video conferencing capability for business meetings.

All rates exclude 12.5% service charge which is added to the final bill. House wine starts from £48 per bottle, champagne from £99 per bottle, beer £8, soft drinks £5, with cocktails available upon request.

Private dining events typically run from 18:30-23:30 for dinner service, with morning breakfast events from 9:00-11:30am. Ginger Lily Bar exclusive hire operates from 3pm-9pm (flexible upon request) with some events extending until midnight.

External caterers can be arranged subject to the venue's due diligence and formal approval process. The venue works with preferred partners for specialized requirements like kosher catering, and any external suppliers must be approved in advance.
