Yes, private parties require a refundable deposit of £5,000+VAT. This deposit is separate from the event costs and catering packages. The deposit requirement applies specifically to private party bookings as opposed to corporate events.

The venue operates on a joint 1st option system, meaning spaces are held for multiple enquirers until contracts are signed.
