The combination of the Banqueting Hall and River Room gives you an excellent plenary space in the Banqueting Hall for up to 300 Theatre Style or 180 cabaret. There are two built in 10k projectors, brand new PA system, microphones (x2), colour adjustable LED lighting, staging, lectern and high speed wired internet and WiFi all included within the hire price. With a fantastic range of catering options to choose from, there is no better place for delegates to enjoy a break than in the River Room with its floor to ceiling windows looking out over the Thames to the City and St Pauls.

Events typically run from 8:30am for breakfast events or 5:30pm-9:30pm for evening events. Day delegate packages include hire from 8am-5pm with organizer access from 8am on the event day.

Spaces are available on joint 1st option, meaning if another client wants to confirm while you're considering, they can receive a contract. Once a contract is sent, the space moves to 2nd option for other enquiries until the contract is signed and returned.

DJ and dancefloor packages cost £850+VAT. Pianist entertainment starts from £2,000+VAT subject to availability. Manned cloakroom facilities are complimentary. Projection services and custom linen are available at additional cost (quotes provided on request).

Some dates have minimum revenue requirements of £12,500+VAT. For private parties, a refundable deposit of £5,000+VAT is required. Day delegate packages start from around £107+VAT per person with minimum numbers typically around 60-100 guests.
