The Banqueting Hall starts at £4,950+VAT for hire depending on your timings. Security is mandatory at £198.50+VAT for all events. For private parties, a refundable deposit of £5,000+VAT is required.

Dinner packages start from £124+VAT per person for smaller groups (30 people) or £170+VAT per person for 60+ guests. Packages include venue hire from 6pm-11pm, one glass of prosecco on arrival, 3-course dinner, half bottle of house wine and half bottle of mineral water per person.

Yes, the River Room works perfectly for pre-dinner drinks and can be used in conjunction with the Banqueting Hall. The River Room has floor-to-ceiling windows with views from St Paul's to the City and can also be hired separately for smaller dinner parties.

Christmas packages start at £199+VAT per person for 80 guests, including venue hire of the London Bridge Arches from 6pm-12am, festive fizz arrival reception, three-course menu, half bottle of house wine per person, tea/coffee/mince pies, festive centerpieces, Christmas crackers, PA system, festive lighting, full staffing including manned cloakroom and security, plus DJ and dancefloor.

The space includes dual screen and projectors, 1 handheld microphone, 1 lectern with mounted microphone, PA system with CD and MP3 connectivity, LED lighting package, pin spot lighting, and wireless broadband internet.

External suppliers require RAMS documentation, PAT testing certificates, PLI certificates, and a signed supplier briefing form. DJs need to bring their full kit as the in-house PA system is only suitable for conference use rather than music.

Spaces are available on joint 1st option, meaning if someone else wants to confirm the same date, contracts are sent to both parties and whoever signs first secures the booking. Site visits can be arranged to view the spaces before making your final decision.
