Located on the River Thames and offering stunning views of the City, the River Room with its five floor to ceiling glazed arches is a beautiful setting for your dinner or reception. The River Room can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated luncheon or dinner and up to 200 guests for a canapé reception. A very versatile and flexible space, the River Room is used for wine tasting, exhibitions, product launches, filming, photo shoots, presentations, auctions, press conferences and networking receptions. Fully colour adjustable lighting and all the AV you needs are also included.

Frequently asked questions

The Bridge Room costs £3,500+VAT per day. Security is mandatory at £198.50+VAT and is required for certain events, particularly evening functions. The venue will specify when security is required based on your event type and timing.

Basic tea, coffee and pastries cost £8+VAT per person. Full breakfast options (Hearty or Lighter Breakfast) are £21.50+VAT per person, including beverages, baps/croissants, pastries and fruit. The venue offers both meat and vegan options in their breakfast packages.

The drinks reception package costs £62.25+VAT per person and includes 1 glass of prosecco (or non-alcoholic alternative) on arrival, 2 drinks per person (beer, house wine, soft drinks), and 6 canapes. This package appears to be available for various room bookings.

Dinner packages start from £124+VAT per person (for smaller groups) up to £170+VAT per person for 60+ guests. Packages include venue hire, 1 glass of prosecco on arrival, 3-course dinner, ½ bottle of house wine and ½ bottle of mineral water per person, plus mandatory security at £198.50+VAT.

Private parties require a refundable deposit of £5,000+VAT. This deposit applies to private events and celebrations, separate from the main event costs and security fees.

Christmas packages start at £140+VAT per person for cocktail receptions, rising to £199+VAT per person for full Christmas dinner packages. The cocktail package includes venue hire, 3-hour festive drinks, bowl food, DJ and dancefloor, while dinner packages include three courses, wine, and all entertainment.

Spaces are available on 'joint 1st option' meaning multiple clients can hold the same date simultaneously. If another client signs a contract faster, you lose the booking even if you enquired first. The venue sends contracts to interested parties and whoever returns it signed first secures the space.

Certain dates have minimum revenue requirements, such as £12,500+VAT minimum spend mentioned for December dates. These minimums vary by date and season, with higher requirements during peak periods like Christmas and popular event months.

DJ and dancefloor packages cost £850+VAT. Pianist entertainment starts from £2,000+VAT subject to availability. The venue requires suppliers to provide RAMS, PAT testing, PLI certificates and signed supplier briefing forms for external entertainment.
