Assembly Hall package includes 4K laser projector, 5.6m x 3.15m screen, 8-speaker sound system, multiple microphones, stage lighting, show laptops, and dedicated engineers. All packages include WiFi access and basic presentation equipment.

Day Delegate Rates (DDR) start from £49.50 ex VAT per person including room hire, arrival refreshments, mid-morning/afternoon breaks, and lunch. Alternative options include hot fork buffet at £52.00 ex VAT per person or full DDR at £65.50 ex VAT per person with hot/cold breakfast buffet and networking lunch. Minimum catering numbers typically start at 100-250 guests depending on package.

Popular dates book up quickly, with examples showing venues fully booked months in advance for specific dates. The venue uses a proposal system where detailed quotes are provided after initial enquiry. Site visits can be arranged, and the sales team responds promptly to enquiries with availability checks and pricing.

If requested dates are unavailable, the venue proactively suggests alternative dates and checks flexibility. When unable to accommodate bookings, they offer to help find alternative venues, indicating a collaborative approach to event planning even when they cannot host the event themselves.

For larger conferences, exclusive hire of the entire first floor is available for £21,535 ex VAT, including Assembly Hall, Hoare Memorial Hall, Bishop Partridge Hall, Convocation Hall, and additional smaller rooms like Charter Room and College Room. This provides flexibility for exhibitions, multiple breakout sessions, and dedicated spaces for organisers, speakers, and press.
