Convocation Hall
The Convocation Hall offers an intimate atmosphere suited to Receptions. The event space combines grace and history - it hosted the House of Lords during periods of the Second World War. A low stage at one end of the room is framed by classically inspired details with a private seated gallery at the other end. The Convocation Hall can host up to 90 guests for a Drinks Reception, and is the ideal venue for Networking and Social Events.
Jubilee Room
The Jubillee Room is a smaller event space and situated next to the popular Bishop Partridge Hall. The room is often used as an additional breakout room for a larger event to host their social media or press team, or to host a well-being space for attendees during the event. With its stunning views of Dean's Yard and Westminster Abbey, this intimate space also suits working breakfasts, lunches and formal dinners. It can also be used as an office for event organisers or as a green room for speakers.

Named after the architect of the building, the Sir Herbert Baker Room is a flexible and elegant event space located on the ground floor. With its large leaded windows, it benefits from natural daylight and offers superb views of Westminster Abbey and Dean's Yard. The room is situated adjacent to the Westminster and Abbey Rooms to create a suite of three rooms in a private and quiet corridor of the Grade II listed building. The event space is ideal for breakfast meetings, working lunches and private dinners. It is also often used as a breakout room for larger events.

The Robert Runcie Room offers a spacious yet intimate setting for Banqueting Events for up to 80 guests. Located on the lower ground floor, the room has a private staircase leading to the Harvey Goodwin Suite, enabling the two rooms to be easily used in conjunction with each other. Other features include hard-wired interconnectivity with all the other event spaces and room hire includes a 75" LED screen. The modern space is ideal for a seated or buffet Lunch / Dinner, or Working Lunches.

The modern and spacious Harvey Goodwin Suite is both modern and spacious, featuring the latest facilities. Plenty of natural light flows into the soundproofed room. It connects with the Robert Runcie Room via a staircase, the latter providing additional breakout or catering space. The Harvey Goodwin Suite is easily accessible located on the ground floor, near the Great Smith Street entrance. The Harvey Goodwin Suite is ideal for Gala Dinners, Private Dining, Charity Dinners, Association Dinners and Awards Dinners for up to 150 guests seated, 130 buffet-style or 120 for a dinner dance.

The Assembly Hall is a Grade II listed event space which was built in 1939, and designed by world-renowned architect, Sir Herbert Baker. Features include natural daylight, polished English oak panelling and the circular space's architectural focal point - a striking 30-foot glass dome. The iconic 519 square metre circular space with its ceiling height of 9.7m hosts Charity Fundraising Dinners, Awards Dinners, Private Dining, Christmas Parties, Summer Parties, and Gala Dinners for up to 372 guests, or dinner dances for 300.
