Evening room hire for the Exhibition room and Atrium is £2,140 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,600 + VAT. Full day room hire for the Exhibition room is £1,800 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,200 + VAT. Additional hours beyond standard times cost £250 + VAT per hour.
What are the standard hire time slots and can I extend beyond these hours?
Standard hire slots are Full day (08:30-17:00), Half day (08:30-12:30 or 13:00-17:00), and Evening (18:00-22:45). You can extend beyond these times for an additional £250 + VAT per hour.
What is the maximum capacity for wedding receptions and what spaces are available?
The Exhibition room can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre style or 60 guests in cabaret style. For evening events, you can hire both the Exhibition room and Atrium together, allowing guests to move freely between spaces for drinks, canapés and mingling.
Can I bring my own catering or alcohol for my wedding event?
No, external catering is not permitted due to an exclusivity contract with the venue's caterers. Food and drinks cannot be brought in from outside suppliers.
What alcohol options are available and can I add spirits to drink packages?
Drink packages include unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and a glass of fizz on arrival at £26 per person for one hour. You can add spirits by bringing your own bottles with a corkage fee of £50 + VAT per bottle, or the venue can potentially provide spirits through their catering service.
What AV equipment is included and what are the technical capabilities?
Full use of AV equipment is included in room hire, featuring state-of-the-art user-friendly equipment with strong Wi-Fi throughout the building. The Exhibition room has a built-in PA system and can accommodate screens, projectors, microphones and HDMI cables.
How far in advance do I need to provide final event details and dietary requirements?
Final event details including catering requirements and dietary specifications must be provided by 4pm the day before your event at the latest. The catering team can accommodate various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, and halal options.
What are the payment terms and when are deposits due?
A deposit invoice is issued upon booking confirmation and must be paid before your event takes place. Final invoices are payable within 30 days, unless the event takes place within 30 days of the invoice date.
Is there any outdoor space available for wedding guests?
No, the venue does not have any private outdoor space available for guests to use during events.
What catering options are available and how is pricing structured?
