The versatile Exhibition Room is the ideal entertainment space for evening receptions, conferences, meetings and product launches. Your guests can enjoy ever-changing jewellery displays in the Goldsmiths' Centre glass-covered Atrium before entering this bright and flexible venue. With adaptable light, built-in PA system and state-of-the-art projectors, the Exhibition Room offers a white canvas for you to express your ideas, network and dine with up to 130 guests.




Frequently asked questions

Full day hire (8:30am-5:00pm) costs £1,800 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,200 + VAT. Evening hire (6:00pm-10:45pm) costs £2,140 + VAT with a minimum catering spend of £1,600 + VAT. Extensions beyond 5:00pm cost an additional £250 + VAT per hour.

The Exhibition Room can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre style, 60 guests in cabaret style, and 40 guests in boardroom style. For standing receptions, the space can hold up to 130 guests when combined with the Atrium.

Room hire includes 2 drop-down screens, 2 integrated ceiling projectors, built-in PA system with induction loop, strong Wi-Fi throughout, HDMI cables, clickers, and flipcharts. All AV equipment is state-of-the-art and user-friendly with no additional charges.

External catering is not permitted due to an exclusivity contract with the venue's caterers. You can bring your own alcohol by paying a corkage fee of £50 + VAT per bottle, or the venue can provide spirits through their catering service.

Time slots are: Full day (8:30am-5:00pm), Half day morning (8:30am-12:30pm), Half day afternoon (1:00pm-5:00pm), and Evening (6:00pm-10:45pm). Organizers can access the space 30 minutes before the official start time, with attendees arriving at the scheduled event time.

Sandwich lunch costs £28.50 + VAT per person and includes cheese, fruits, crudités, and dips. Additional items include tea & coffee at £4.80 + VAT per person, house brownies at £6 + VAT per person, and seasonal salad add-ons at £5 + VAT per person. Drinks packages for receptions cost £26 + VAT per person for unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks and arrival fizz.

Final catering details and dietary requirements must be confirmed by 4:00pm the day before your event. The venue can accommodate late dietary requirement changes but advance notice is preferred for optimal service.

A deposit invoice is issued upon booking confirmation and must be paid before the event takes place. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless the event occurs within 30 days of the invoice date. Final invoices are sent after the event completion.

The venue does not have private outdoor space available for guests. All break activities and networking must take place within the indoor spaces including the Exhibition Room and Atrium areas.

The catering team can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, halal, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut allergies, and ketogenic diets. They cannot provide meat skewers for ketogenic requirements but will offer suitable alternatives. Advance notice of dietary requirements is essential.
