The Agas Harding Board Room accommodates up to 16 guests for intimate private dining and drinks events. All catering is provided by the in-house chef from Gather & Gather with seasonal menus available. The catering team can accommodate various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, halal, pescatarian, lactose-free, and ketogenic options. The venue does not have any private outdoor space available for guests. All events are contained within the indoor spaces of The Goldsmiths' Centre building.

The booking process involves completing a booking form with event details, followed by a confirmation letter that must be signed to confirm the booking. You'll also need to provide Terms and Conditions acceptance and an Evacuation Procedure acknowledgment. A purchase order number is required for invoicing, and final event details must be confirmed by 4pm the day before your event.
