The Agas Harding Conference Room is located on the 4th floor of the Goldsmiths' Centre overlooking the rooftops of Clerkenwell. With access to its own private terrace, this is the ideal venue for your photoshoot, product launch, wedding, Christmas party, Birthday party of retirement event. We recommend hiring this breath-taking space in combination with the Agas Harding Boardroom enabling your guests to socialise across the top floor.



Frequently asked questions

The Exhibition room costs £1,800 + VAT for a full day (08:30-17:00), with evening hire at £2,140 + VAT (18:00-22:45). There's a minimum catering spend of £1,200 + VAT for full day hire and £1,600 + VAT for evening hire. Additional hours beyond 17:00 cost £250 + VAT per hour.

The Exhibition room can accommodate up to 100 guests in theatre style, 60 guests in cabaret style, or 40 guests in boardroom style. The space is located on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and benefits from natural light.

Venue hire operates on three time slots: Full day (08:30-17:00), Half day morning (08:30-12:30), Half day afternoon (13:00-17:00), and Evening (18:00-22:45). Organizers can access the space from 08:30, with attendee access typically from 09:30.

External catering is not permitted due to an exclusivity contract with their caterers. All food and drinks must be provided through the venue's catering service, and guests cannot bring their own food or beverages.

Full AV equipment is included in the room hire, featuring screen, projector, clicker, HDMI cable, and strong Wi-Fi throughout the building. Additional equipment like flipcharts can be provided upon request at no extra charge.

A deposit invoice is issued upon booking confirmation and must be paid before the event takes place. The final invoice is sent after the event. Invoices are payable within 30 days, unless the event takes place within 30 days of the invoice date.

Final event details including catering requirements, dietary restrictions, and guest numbers must be confirmed by 4pm the day before your event. Late dietary requirements can be accommodated but should be communicated as early as possible.

The venue does not have any private outdoor space available for guests. All event activities must take place within the indoor spaces provided.

Catering includes sandwich lunches (£28.50 + VAT per person), tea and coffee service (£4.80 + VAT per person), and various add-ons like seasonal salads (£5 + VAT per person). Drinks packages for receptions cost £26 + VAT per person for one hour of unlimited wine, beer, soft drinks, and arrival fizz.

Spirits can be added through two options: bring your own bottle with a corkage fee of £50 + VAT per bottle, or the venue can potentially provide spirits through their catering service with prices confirmed upon request.

The catering team can accommodate various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, halal, pescatarian, and lactose-free options. However, they cannot provide certain specific items like meat skewers for ketogenic diets, offering suitable alternatives instead.

The booking process involves completing a booking form, receiving and signing a confirmation letter with Terms & Conditions, and providing a purchase order number for invoicing. Signed contracts and all documentation must be returned before the event is confirmed.
