No, external catering is not permitted due to an exclusivity contract with the venue's caterers. Food and drinks cannot be brought in from outside suppliers.

Standard time slots are: Full day (08:30-17:00), Half day (08:30-12:30 or 13:00-17:00), and Evening (18:00-22:45). Extensions beyond 17:00 are available at £250 + VAT per hour, and organizer access can begin at 08:30.
What AV equipment is included in the room hire and what additional options are available?
Full use of AV equipment is included in room hire, featuring state-of-the-art user-friendly systems with strong Wi-Fi throughout the building. The venue provides screens, projectors, clickers, HDMI cables, and flipcharts as standard.
What are the payment terms and when are deposits required?
Invoices are payable within 30 days, unless the event takes place within 30 days of the invoice date. A deposit invoice must be paid before the event takes place, with final invoices issued after the event.
Can I add spirits to drinks packages and what are the options for alcohol service?
Yes, spirits can be added to drinks packages. You can either bring your own bottles and pay a corkage fee of £50 + VAT per bottle, or the venue can provide spirits through their catering service with prices available upon request.

No, the venue does not have any private outdoor space available for guests. All event activities must take place within the indoor spaces.
What catering options are available and what are the typical price ranges?
