Hot buffet lunch requires a minimum order of 10 people at £25.95 per person + VAT. Cold buffet lunch is £25.95 per person + VAT, sandwich lunch is £13.95 per person + VAT, and fork buffet lunch can be ordered for smaller groups. Unlimited tea, coffee and snacks cost £10.95 per person + VAT, and assorted pastries are £7.95 per person + VAT.

Presentation screens cost £50 + VAT. The in-house video conferencing package costs £250 + VAT and includes HD camera, hub laptop, speakers, tabletop microphones, all-day tech support, and options for Zoom or Teams meetings. Payment can be made over the phone on a scheduled call, or via bank transfer which may take up to 60 days to process. The venue currently cannot process card payments due to technical issues. Invoices are typically issued 1-2 days before the scheduled payment call.

After receiving a quote, you complete and return a signed booking form to confirm your reservation. The venue will hold space in their calendar during the booking process. Payment is then arranged either over the phone or via bank transfer as specified in the booking terms.
