Church House Westminster

Built in 1939, the stunning Grade II listed Assembly Hall was designed by world-renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker. Features include natural daylight, polished English oak panelling and the circular space's architectural focal point - a striking 30-foot glass dome. The iconic 519 square metre circular space with its ceiling height of 9.7m hosts theatre-style Conferences for up to 300, cabaret-style Meetings for up to 208, classroom-style Training sessions for up to 198 attendees, Product Launches, Fashion Shows and Award Ceremonies.

Steeped in history, the Hoare Memorial Hall has a stately atmosphere, having played host to the House of Commons for a period during the Second World War. Its elegant oak-paneling, Art Deco Chandeliers, built-in stage, and gallery give the room a strong personality. The hall is often used in conjunction with the Assembly Hall as a breakout room or on its own for Conferences, Seminars, Meetings, Press Launches, Product Launches, Exhibitions, and Training sessions. With its 6.5m ceiling and large windows, the Hoare Memorial Hall is ideal for conferences with up to 270 attendees.

Modern and spacious, the Harvey Goodwin Suite is a self-contained room with the latest facilities. Its large and secondary glazed windows allow for plenty of natural daylight, whilst keeping the room sound-proofed. It is directly linked to the Robert Runcie room, which can be used as a breakout space. The Harvey Goodwin Suite is situated close to the venue's Great Smith Street entrance, making it easily accessible for guests. The Harvey Goodwin Suite hosts Conferences, Meetings, AGMs, Exhibitions, Product Launches, Press Launches, Workshops, and Training Sessions.

The Bishop Partridge Hall features an elegant stucco ceiling, traditional oak panelling and a stunning stone balcony with views of Dean's Yard and Westminster Abbey. A spacious area, directly outside the room is perfect for pre-event registration. The Bishop Partridge Hall accommodates up to 150 attendees for a Conference and is an ideal event space for Meetings, Training Sessions, Seminars, Workshops, and Exhibitions.

The Convocation Hall offers an intimate atmosphere suited to Press Conferences. The event space combines grace and history - it hosted the House of Lords during periods of the Second World War. A low stage at one end of the room is framed by classically inspired details with a private seated gallery at the other end. The Convocation Hall can host up to 100 attendees for a Conference and is the ideal venue for Meetings, Workshops, Training Sessions, and Exhibitions.

The Robert Runcie Room offers a spacious yet intimate setting for Conferences with up to 60 guests. Located on the lower ground floor, the room has a private staircase leading to the Harvey Goodwin Suite enabling the two rooms to be easily used in conjunction with each other. Other features include hard-wired interconnectivity with all the other event spaces and room hire includes a 75" LED screen. The modern space is ideal for Meetings, Workshops, Training Sessions, Exhibitions, and Press Launches.

The Council Room is located on the ground floor and offers a stunning view of Dean's Yard and Westminster Abbey. With its convenient small lobby, refreshments including buffets can be served in the ante-room. The versatile space can be used as a self-contained area, suiting a range of small boardroom and hybrid meetings, interviews, seminars, forums, meetings, and workshops. The room is fully accessible and offers plenty of natural light. It features hard-wired connectivity with all other rooms and comes with a large screen, ideal for presentations.

The Abbey Room is located on the ground floor and overlooks Dean's Yard and Westminster Abbey. The versatile meeting room is adjacent to the Westminster and Herbert Baker Rooms and is well-suited to corporate hybrid meetings, interviews, seminars, forums, and workshops. The Abbey Room is also often used as a breakout room and its uses include an organiser's office, a green room for speakers, or catering space.
