The Robert Runcie Room offers a spacious yet intimate setting for Banqueting Events for up to 80 guests. Located on the lower ground floor, the room has a private staircase leading to the Harvey Goodwin Suite, enabling the two rooms to be easily used in conjunction with each other. Other features include hard-wired interconnectivity with all the other event spaces and room hire includes a 75" LED screen. The modern space is ideal for a seated or buffet Lunch / Dinner, or Working Lunches.

Minimum venue hire is £8,000 ex VAT for weekend bookings. Catering has a minimum spend of £69.50 per person with a minimum of 250 guests (£17,375 total). For smaller events, there's a minimum catering spend of £2,500 ex VAT based on 100 guests, and some spaces require minimum spends of £41.50 per person with 280 minimum guests.

The Harvey Goodwin Suite accommodates up to 80 guests for banqueting and connects to the Robert Runcie Room via private staircase. The Hoare Memorial Hall serves as a main catering space for larger events. The Assembly Hall can be used for dinner events accommodating up to 250 guests in cabaret style, with additional spaces like Bishop Partridge Hall available for drinks receptions.

Day Delegate Rates start from £59,400 for 500 guests including room hire and meals. Individual catering includes hot fork buffet at £52.00 ex VAT per person, networking lunch with bowls and finger foods, and drinks receptions from £29.50 ex VAT per person. Traditional afternoon tea and various breakfast options are also available.

Standard event hours are typically 08:30-17:00 for day events, with evening events extending to 19:00-22:00. Setup access can be arranged the evening prior between 18:30-21:30 for an additional £11,940 ex VAT, with venues cleared by 22:00. Weekend bookings have higher minimum spends and additional fees.

The Harvey Goodwin Suite includes a 75" LED screen as standard. Full AV packages start from £2,330 ex VAT and include large screens, LCD projectors, sound systems, microphones, lighting, and an audio visual engineer. The Assembly Hall AV package costs £3,995 ex VAT with comprehensive equipment including 4K laser projector and professional sound system.

Yes, spaces can be combined. The Harvey Goodwin Suite connects directly to the Robert Runcie Room via private staircase. For larger events, the Assembly Hall can serve as the main dining space with Hoare Memorial Hall and Bishop Partridge Hall used for catering and drinks receptions, accommodating events up to 250+ guests.
