Modern and spacious, the Harvey Goodwin Suite is a self-contained room with the latest facilities. Its large and secondary glazed windows allow plenty of natural daylight, whilst keeping the room sound-proofed. It is linked to the Robert Runcie room, which can be used as a breakout space. The Suite is situated close to the venue's Great Smith Street entrance, making it easily accessible for guests.

The space accommodates up to 180 guests theatre-style, 72 classroom, 55 boardroom or 96 cabaret style for Conferences, Meetings, AGMs, Exhibitions, Launches, Press Events, Workshops, and Training.




Frequently asked questions

The Harvey Goodwin Suite costs £3,642 including VAT for a full day hire (08:30-17:00). When combined with the Robert Runcie Room as a breakout space, the total venue hire is £4,550 plus VAT. Weekend bookings have minimum venue hire requirements of £8,000 excluding VAT.

The Harvey Goodwin Suite accommodates up to 180 guests theatre-style, 72 classroom-style, 55 boardroom-style, or 96 cabaret-style. The space can be linked to the Robert Runcie Room for additional breakout space or catering.

There is a minimum catering spend of £2,500 excluding VAT based on a minimum of 100 guests. Day Delegate Rates start from £59,400 excluding VAT for 500 guests, though specific DDR pricing for smaller groups varies. All catering is provided by Searcys using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The standard AV package costs £2,330 excluding VAT and includes a large screen in white set, 7000 lumen LCD projector, PC laptop, d&b 4-speaker sound system, up to 4 cabled table microphones, lectern, 2 lectern microphones, 2 handheld radio microphones, 2 lapel microphones, LED lighting system, and an audio visual engineer. WiFi access is included.

Standard venue hire runs from 08:30 to 17:00. Setup access the evening prior is available from 18:30-21:30 for an additional £11,940 excluding VAT, with the venue requiring clearance by 22:00. Extended hours beyond 17:00 incur additional charges.

Popular dates book up quickly - several enquiries show the venue fully booked months in advance for specific dates. The venue accommodates conferences, meetings, AGMs, exhibitions, launches, press events, workshops, and training events. There are separate contacts for filming enquiries (handled by Ben). All catering must be provided by the venue's partner Searcys - external catering is not permitted.

The Harvey Goodwin Suite offers full wheelchair access and is located close to the Great Smith Street entrance for easy guest access. The space features large secondary glazed windows for natural daylight while maintaining soundproofing, and includes storage facilities.

The Harvey Goodwin Suite can be linked to the Robert Runcie Room for breakout space or additional catering. For larger events, other spaces like the Temple Room can be added as breakout spaces. The venue offers multiple rooms that can be combined depending on event requirements.

Specific payment terms and cancellation policies are detailed in individual proposals. The venue operates on a quotation system where all costs including venue hire, catering minimums, and AV packages are outlined upfront. VAT is added to all quoted prices at 20%.
