The Canterbury and York Rooms are used by the Archbishops of Canterbury and York respectively during the General Synod.

Each of the rooms is full of history and well-suited for private meetings, interviews, one-to-one discussions, hybrid meetings, and workshops. The rooms are often used as breakout spaces or, as an organiser's office for corporate and association events.

Harvey Goodwin Suite AV package costs £2,796 ex VAT (£2,330 + VAT) and includes large screen, 7000 lumen LCD projector, laptop, sound system with 4 speakers, up to 4 table microphones, lectern, handheld and lapel microphones, lighting, and an audio visual engineer. Convocation Hall AV package costs £1,830 ex VAT and includes 95" LED screen, sound system, microphones, and production engineer.

Standard venue hire operates from 8:30am to 5:00pm (17:00). Extended hours are available with additional costs - evening hire can extend to 6:00pm-7:00pm or later depending on requirements. Setup access the evening prior is available from 6:30pm-9:30pm for an additional £11,940 ex VAT.
