Both spaces include built-in dropdown screen and projector, speakers, and the Lecture Hall has an in-built stage with lectern and lectern microphone. Additional equipment available includes 2 hand-held or lapel microphones, and AV assistance is provided upon arrival and on calls.

You can upgrade from finger food buffet lunch to hot fork buffet for an additional £10-20 plus VAT per person (pricing varies by quote). Evening reception packages start at £115 plus VAT per person including arrival drink, canapés, and 3-hour unlimited drinks package.

How long are provisional bookings held and what are the booking procedures?

Provisional bookings are typically held for 5 working days to several weeks depending on the event date. For example, bookings have been held until 17 February 2025 for October events, and until 26 February 2025 for March events. The venue releases space if no response is received.

What are the operating days and is weekend availability possible?

Surveyors House is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For weekend events, they suggest considering Friday evening alternatives. All quoted events in the correspondence were for weekdays only.

What is included in the Christmas party packages and pricing?

The Festive Dining Package is £144.00 plus VAT per person (minimum 75 guests) including glass of Prosecco on arrival, three-course festive dinner, half bottle of house wine per person, filtered water, after-dinner tea/coffee/mince pies, Christmas decorations, cloakroom with attendant, staffing and security, and venue hire from 18:00-23:00.
