The venue offers various dining packages including 3-course meals from £37.50 + VAT per person, with arrival drinks at £8.33 + VAT. DDR packages start at £62-79.20 + VAT per person including catering. Evening space hire ranges from £1,500 + VAT, with additional costs for specific room configurations and service requirements.

Drinks packages include a 3-hour package at £38.75 + VAT per person and a 5-hour package at £63.00 + VAT per person. These inclusive packages cover beer, house wine, spirit selection, and soft drinks, with a minimum of 50 people required. Arrival drinks like prosecco are available separately at £8.33 + VAT per person.

The venue has a policy requiring catering for a minimum of 75% of guests, with a minimum spend of £8,000 for certain events. For smaller events, specific per-person minimums apply depending on the package selected and room hired.

Optional catering includes mini muffins (£4.00 per person), pastries (£5.50 per person), standard canapés (£15.75 per person), premium canapés (£21.75 per person), fresh fruit platters (£25.00 serves 10), and freshly baked cookies (£5.00 per person). Dining events can run until midnight or as late as possible depending on the space. Evening events typically start around 19:00, with some flexibility on timing. Access times vary by event, with setup often available the day before for larger events.

Key dining spaces include Park View (maximum 150 for dinner), Solario Suite (maximum 200 with built-in bar and private balcony), and Surrey Hall (up to 800 guests for large events). The Gallery offers intimate dining for up to 60 guests with modern interior and stylish seating, though furniture cannot be moved.

The venue can accommodate live bands and entertainment with space for staging. Basic AV including screens, speakers, and microphones are available, though many clients use their own third-party AV suppliers. Dancefloors can be provided for evening events following dinner service.

Complimentary onsite parking is included with most packages. The venue is easily accessible, being 15 miles from Central London, 25 minutes by train from London Waterloo to Esher station, and easily reached from the M25 and A3. Good transport access is available for supplier deliveries.
