The venue offers various dining packages including 3-course meals from £37.50 + VAT per person, with arrival drinks at £8.33 + VAT. DDR packages start at £62-79.20 + VAT per person including catering. Evening space hire ranges from £1,500 + VAT, with additional costs for specific room configurations and service requirements.

Drinks packages include a 3-hour package at £38.75 + VAT per person and a 5-hour package at £63.00 + VAT per person. These inclusive packages cover beer, house wine, spirit selection, and soft drinks, with a minimum of 50 people required. Arrival drinks like prosecco are available separately at £8.33 + VAT per person.

The venue has a policy requiring catering for a minimum of 75% of guests, with a minimum spend of £8,000 for certain events. For smaller events, specific per-person minimums apply depending on the package selected and room hired.

Complimentary onsite parking is included with most packages. The venue is easily accessible, being 15 miles from Central London, 25 minutes by train from London Waterloo to Esher station, and easily reached from the M25 and A3. Good transport access is available for supplier deliveries.
